We’re specifically pull older cattle. That maturity is what gives us that finer, more intricate marbling—no big fat seams, just consistent, well-distributed richness. We’re aiming for a grass-fed product where the marbling is refined, so you can rely on that elevated eating quality—still natural but hitting that premium target.
Gippsland Pure
Gippsland Pure Angus is a grass-fed program offering marbling (1–2+) from younger Angus cattle. It’s selected for its balanced tenderness and rich grass-fed flavor, ideal for those who appreciate the distinct qualities of Angus.
Nature’s Fresh
With Nature’s Fresh, we buy seasonally, adjusting as the northern grasslands come into their prime. When the southern regions taper off, we rely on Nature’s Fresh to keep that grass-fed quality consistent.
